Frequently Asked Questions
Does this listing include one charm or multiple charms?
This Chapie listing includes one Blue Jade Gem Charm.
How large is the charm?
The charm measures approximately 0.55 to 0.59 inches long, 0.31 inches wide and 0.20 to 0.22 inches thick. It is a petite accent charm, not an oversized bag charm.
Can I clip it directly onto the Chapie Charm Chain?
The charm has a small 1.8-millimeter attachment opening. A compatible jump ring or mini clasp may be required to connect it securely to the Chapie Charm Chain.
Does it include a clasp or jump ring?
No. This listing includes the charm only unless attachment hardware is specifically shown or stated as included.
Is the cap made from solid gold?
No. The cap and loop are metal with a decorative gold-tone plated finish.
Is the stone real?
Yes. The stone is natural jade, so small variations in color and markings are normal and make each charm unique.
How should I care for it?
Wipe the charm gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged contact with water, saltwater, perfume, lotion and harsh cleaning products to help preserve the plated cap and the stone’s polish.
Will every charm look exactly the same?
No. Because the stone is natural, each charm has slightly different color, clarity and markings.
Warning: This miniature charm presents a choking hazard. Keep it away from young children and pets. This accessory is not a toy.
