How long is the chain?

The chain measures approximately 3.94 inches or 10 centimeters, not including the clasp.

How do I attach charms?

Chapie charms attach to the chain links with a jump ring or a small clasp. Many Chapie charms come with a jump ring; others may need one, as noted on each charm listing.

How many charms can I add?

You can attach a charm to any open link along the chain. Most people add three to six charms for a balanced look, but it is up to you.

Is it made from solid gold?

No. It is made from alloy metal with a decorative gold-tone finish.

Does the clasp swivel?

Yes. The lobster clasp has a swivel base, so the chain rotates freely and stays untangled on your keys or bag.

How should I care for it?

Wipe the chain gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged contact with water, saltwater, perfume, lotion and harsh cleaning products to help preserve the plated finish.

Will every chain look exactly the same?

Minor differences in finish may occur between individual chains.
