Chapie products may also help reduce exposure to normal everyday mess, moisture, dirt, and carry conditions.
Chapie provides no guarantees of protection. Chapie does not guarantee that any item stored inside will be protected from melting, softening, leaking, degradation, loss of potency, temperature exposure, damage, or any other change. These outcomes can and do occur depending on the item stored, external temperature, direct sunlight, duration of exposure, vehicle storage, humidity, storage method, and other environmental or use conditions.
Vehicles and other enclosed spaces can reach extreme temperatures that may exceed the intended use conditions of Chapie products and the storage requirements of items placed inside them. No Chapie model guarantees protection in any vehicle, climate, temperature, or storage scenario.
If an item stored inside a Chapie product melts, leaks, softens, or becomes damaged, Chapie may help contain the mess when used properly. However, Chapie does not guarantee that every leak, stain, spill, mess, or damage will be fully contained or prevented.
Chapie LLC does not issue refunds, replacements, or credits solely because any item, including lip balm, cosmetics, skincare products, medications, supplements, pill containers, epinephrine auto-injectors, or other personal items, melts, softens, leaks, becomes damaged, degrades, or loses effectiveness inside a Chapie product, unless required by applicable law or stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Chapie products may fit select pill containers, pill organizers, epinephrine auto-injectors, EpiPens, and other compatible personal items depending on the Chapie model and the item’s dimensions. Customers are responsible for confirming fit, compatibility, and suitability before use.
Chapie products are consumer storage accessories only. They are not medical devices, pharmaceutical storage containers, certified temperature-controlled medication containers, cold-chain storage products, safety-critical storage products, or regulated medical or pharmaceutical storage solutions.
Chapie products are not designed, tested, certified, approved, or validated to maintain required storage conditions, preserve medication effectiveness, protect medication potency, prevent medication degradation, or protect against heat, cold, sunlight, humidity, or other environmental factors.
Medications, including EpiPens, epinephrine auto-injectors, prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs, supplements, and other health-related items, may have strict product-specific storage requirements. Exposure to heat, cold, sunlight, humidity, time, improper handling, or other conditions may cause degradation, loss of potency, contamination, spoilage, device failure, or reduced effectiveness.
Customers must always follow the storage instructions provided by the medication manufacturer, pharmacist, physician, healthcare provider, product label, or package insert. Chapie is not a substitute for the manufacturer-provided case, medication label instructions, pharmacist guidance, physician guidance, or certified medical storage products.
Customers should not rely on Chapie products to maintain any required medication storage temperature, humidity level, light condition, safety condition, stability condition, potency, effectiveness, or emergency readiness.
Customers who choose to place any medication, pill container, supplement, EpiPen, epinephrine auto-injector, medical device, or health-related item inside a Chapie product do so entirely at their own discretion and risk. Chapie LLC is not responsible and shall not be liable for any medication degradation, loss of potency, reduced effectiveness, contamination, spoilage, melting, freezing, leaking, device failure, misuse, improper storage, delayed treatment, missed dose, replacement cost, financial loss, medical expense, injury, illness, adverse reaction, medical emergency, hospitalization, disability, death, or any other damages or losses whatsoever.
This includes, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the use of a Chapie product to store, carry, transport, protect, or hold medication, supplements, epinephrine auto-injectors, EpiPens, medical products, medical devices, biological materials, or health-related items, even if Chapie was aware of the possibility of such damages.
By purchasing or using any Chapie product, and especially by placing any medication, pill container, supplement, EpiPen, epinephrine auto-injector, medical product, medical device, or health-related item inside one, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
