Chapie Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Chapie. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below. This policy works together with our Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, Product Disclaimer, Subscription Policy, and any product-specific terms posted on our website.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 business hours, unless the item is a preorder, presale item, subscription order, backordered item, custom item, or otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
- Processing time means the time required to prepare your order for shipment. It does not include carrier transit time.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
- During peak periods, promotions, holidays, product launches, inventory transfers, or high-volume order periods, processing times may be extended.
- If there is a significant processing delay, we may provide updates by email, SMS, website notice, or another available communication method.
2. Preorders and Presale Shipping
Some Chapie products may be offered for preorder or presale before they are ready to ship. If an item is a preorder or presale item, the product page, cart, checkout, order confirmation, or related messaging may display an estimated shipping date or shipping window.
Preorder and presale shipping dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, freight, customs, inventory, carrier delays, weather, supply chain issues, quality control, or other circumstances outside of Chapie’s control.
By placing a preorder or presale order, you understand that your order may not ship immediately and that you are purchasing an item scheduled to ship at a later date.
If an order contains both in-stock items and preorder or presale items, Chapie may ship the order together when all items are available or may split the shipment at our discretion. Additional shipping charges may apply if a customer requests a split shipment and that option is available.
Cancellation, refund, and store credit rights for preorder and presale items are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes
- Shipping times vary based on your location, the shipping method selected at checkout, carrier performance, and the type of product ordered.
- Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout, in order confirmations, or in shipping emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, transit times, tracking updates, delivery scans, and final delivery are handled by the carrier and are outside Chapie’s direct control.
4. Free Shipping Offers
- From time to time, free shipping may be offered on orders that exceed a clearly advertised minimum purchase amount.
- Free shipping promotions apply only to eligible products and eligible shipping methods.
- Free shipping offers are subject to change, exclusion, suspension, or removal at any time unless otherwise stated.
- Certain items may be excluded from free shipping, including but not limited to:
- Large or oversized products
- Special-handling items
- Backpack coolers and similar bulky products
- Items requiring additional packaging or shipping materials
- International orders, if applicable
- Any exclusions will be disclosed on the product page, at checkout, or within the promotional terms when applicable.
5. VIP Free Shipping
Active Chapie VIP members may receive free standard shipping on eligible Chapie orders while their membership is active, subject to the terms of the VIP program, Subscription Policy, and Terms of Service.
VIP free shipping applies to eligible products and eligible standard shipping methods only. Oversized items, special-handling items, backpack coolers, bulky products, international orders, or other excluded products may not qualify for VIP free shipping unless Chapie specifically states otherwise.
VIP free shipping may be combined with other eligible VIP benefits, including VIP member pricing, Member Credits, and store credits, unless otherwise stated. VIP benefits cannot be combined with non-VIP promotional discounts, including email discount codes, sitewide discount codes, public discount codes, automatic promotional discounts, limited-time sales, influencer codes, affiliate codes, or other non-VIP promotional offers unless Chapie specifically states otherwise.
6. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, destination, shipping method, product type, and any applicable promotions or membership benefits.
- All applicable shipping fees are displayed before you complete your purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item, fulfillment error, or otherwise required by law.
7. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
- Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. Delayed scans, skipped scans, or inaccurate tracking updates may occur and are outside Chapie’s direct control.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, appears lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at support@mychapie.com.
- We may ask for photos, order details, tracking information, carrier documentation, or other information needed to review the issue.
- We may assist you in filing a carrier claim when applicable.
- If a claim is approved, or if Chapie determines that a replacement is appropriate based on the available documentation, we may reship your order, issue store credit, or provide another remedy at our discretion.
- Chapie is not responsible for delays, losses, theft, misdelivery, or damages caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, weather, customs, or events outside our control, but we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
- Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- Chapie is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address information provided by the customer.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
- If an order has already shipped, we may not be able to update the shipping address or redirect the package.
10. Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned to Chapie by the carrier, we may contact you to arrange reshipment when possible.
- Additional shipping fees may apply before the order is resent.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
- If the order is eligible for refund or store credit, any carrier return fees, shipping fees, or handling costs may be deducted from the refund or store credit to the extent permitted by law.
11. International Shipping
International shipping may be available for certain products and destinations, if offered at checkout.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Chapie is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, rejected shipments, confiscated packages, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities or destination countries.
12. Changes to This Policy
- We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time.
- Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
- Your continued use of our website or placement of orders after changes are posted means you accept the updated Shipping Policy.
