1. Eligibility: The Chapie Video Contest ("Contest") is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Chapie LLC ("Sponsor") and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter: To enter the Contest, participants must:
a. Purchase any Chapie product.
b. Post a video featuring their Chapie product to TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook with the hashtag #MyChapie
c. Ensure their social media account is public for the duration of the Contest.
d. Provide a valid receipt or order number to verify their purchase if selected as a winner.
3. Contest Period: The Contest runs four times a year, with one winner selected every three months on the following dates:
- March 1st
- June 1st
- September 1st
- December 1st
4. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected based on the highest post engagement (likes, comments, shares, views) from all eligible entries received by the specified selection dates. A participant may only win once per calendar year.
5. Prize: Each winner will receive $100 in cash, which will be sent via Zelle. Winners must provide a valid email address or phone number associated with their Zelle account to receive the prize.
6. Notification and Claiming Prize: Winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform where the winning entry was posted. Winners must respond within seven (7) days with their receipt or order number and Zelle information. If a winner does not respond within the specified time or cannot provide a valid receipt or order number, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. General Conditions:
- By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
- By entering the Contest, entrants grant Chapie LLC unrestricted media rights to use, reproduce, and distribute their videos in any promotional material, across any media channels, without further compensation or notification.
- If there are fewer than 100 entries in any single period, Chapie LLC may choose to skip selecting a winner for that period and reserves the right to call off the Contest at any time.
- The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
- Chapie LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Chapie LLC's reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
8. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Chapie LLC’s privacy policy and will be used for the purposes of administering the Contest and prize fulfillment.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Chapie LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or any prize won.
10. Disputes: Any disputes arising from or relating to the Contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Florida.
By entering the Contest, participants agree to these official rules and the decisions of Chapie LLC, which are final and binding in all respects.
